Cancellation Policy

SuperHost Tenerife Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund minus a 2.5% payment processing fee and a €30 administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded.

No-show

No-shows will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Rebooking credit

An amount equal to the total payment is available for rebooking. You may apply this credit towards a future booking at the same property, or another eligible property within 24 months.
